With Canada Day fast approaching you may be wondering what activities there are to do in Toronto and the GTA. There's music performances, food, kids activities and festivals and fireworks, you are sure to find something that will please everyone.
Downsview Park

Downsvie Park is having free activities for the whole family. There will be inflatable games, face painters and live entertainments. At the end of the night there will be a spectacular fireworks display. Activities start at 6pm until 10:30pm.
Music in Trillium Park
955 Lake Shore Blvd. W.
Head to Trillium Park from 1:30 to 10 p.m. There will be Children’s performers Chris McKhool and Jeremy Fisher Junior, an all-ages dance party starting at 5:30 p.m., an ice-skating rink, volleyball courts, and Segway rides make up the day.
Finchwood Village Shopping Center Canada Day Barbecue
6640 Finch Ave. W
Head to Finchwood Village Shopping Center for a free family-friendly barbecue and festival. The day will include international artist Kevin Downswell, dance groups, competitive sports, face painting, a bouncy castle and music.
Canada Day at Black Creek Pioneer Village
1000 Murray Ross Pky
Go to Black Creek Pioneer Village to party like its 1867 while experiencing a 19th century carnival as performers juggle fire, attempt daring feats of strength, and amaze with magic tricks. Entertainment includes music, theatrical performances and carnival games.
